A year of travel, designed in January
Two anchor trips. A handful of short escapes. A few rides added to travel you already had. Written down once, adjusted all year.
Every January we send our longest-standing clients a document. It opens with a sentence to the effect of: here is what we think an exceptional year of travel could look like for you. Then it lays out the year — a spring anchor, a summer micro-adventure, a fall trip with real scale, and a set of add-ons that attach to travel already on the calendar.
It is not a booking. Nothing in it is committed. It is a shape, built from what we have learned about a client over years of travelling together — the trips they responded to, the places they liked, the pace that actually suits them.
What it changes is the conversation. Instead of five separate scrambles a year, there is one document and a series of small adjustments. Hotels get held earlier. The good weeks are still available. And the trips get better, because each one is designed knowing what came before it and what comes next.

Four movements, one calendar
The Mediterranean anchor
Opening the year with light and early-season energy, before the crowds and while the landscape is still green. Riding in the mornings, water and food in the afternoons.
A short reset, close to home
One or two nights, no flights if you don't want them, no logistics to think about. Open gravel, classic singletrack, or a purpose-built network — depending on the mood.
Contrast and scale
A more dramatic chapter to close the year. Alpine on one end — clear days, high valleys, warmer tones before winter. Desert on the other: scale, light, and silence.
Movement, added quietly
Some destinations you already visit lend themselves to a morning ride without changing the feel of the trip at all. We add it deliberately and keep it out of the way.
Future Ideas
Destinations worth holding for later years — the long, immersive ones and the closer-to-home ones. Nothing scheduled. Everything considered.
Equipment
Bikes, kit, and travel cases, phased in over time. Matching head-to-toe systems that work across temperatures, so packing stops being a decision.
The Standing File
Every preference we have ever recorded — how you take your coffee, what you will not eat, which treatment on which day — sent ahead to every kitchen and spa before you arrive.
Three ways in, one standard
Most people start with a single trip. The clients we've had longest are on the annual engagement — it's the same work, planned further ahead and priced as a year rather than a week.
Custom Planning
One trip, built from scratch on your dates. Properties we know personally, vendors we know by name, and your planner reachable for the entire trip.
- A trip shape back within days
